A guide for clients..

The recently introduced Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994 (CDM) allocates responsibility for a number of key legal requirements on the client for many commercial and industrial construction projects.

Starting from the concept and feasibility stages and continuing through Design into the construction phase, Clients responsibilities now include:
